| This luxury villa sleeps 14 people. It is
located on the canal network of Empuria brava and has it’s own boat
mooring. The villa has just been refurbished to make it ideal for
every holiday needs. It has been furnished to a very high standard and has
all of the extra’s to make your holiday special.
The villa consists of 1 Master double bedroom with en suite bathroom with corner bath and patio doors opening on to it’s own veranda, 4 double/twin en suite rooms, en suite children’s bunk bedroom and a futher small double room.

spacious dinning room, The kitchen is fully fitted with Dishwasher and all
other modern amenities, Lounge with comfortable couches and satellite TV.
The villa has a laundry room with washing machine, iron and dryer. At the front of the villa is it’s own swimming pool, Sun Lounges, Outside Shower, covered veranda with table and chairs. At the back is a lovely terrace ideal for breakfast in the sun, fully equipped Barbecue , beer fridge, Jacuzzi, Out side dinning table and coffee table with easy chairs and couches.
