All booking applicants should be made on the form provided, after first reading these condition. A booking deposit equivalent to one third of he total hire charge must accompany you’re completed booking form. Cheques should be made payable to J Stelfox in Stirling. The payment of balance is to be made six weeks before departure date. If payment of the final balance is not forthcoming we have the right to re let.

Hire commences on Saturday afternoon at 4PM and finishes at 10.00am on Saturday Morning. This period is deemed to be one weeks hire charge. Hirers arriving late or departing early shall not qualify for any refund on a weeks hire charge. Exceptions may be made with regards to the hire period if available at no extra charge.

Please replace any crockery, glasses etc that are broken during your stay. A refundable deposit of £50.00. Key/Damages deposit is to be forwarded with the final balance and the cost of any replacements, damage or loss of keys etc. will be deducted from the refundable key/damages deposit.

We maintain good cleanliness in our properties and at the end of your stay please leave them clean, tidy and hygienic condition as you would wish to find them if we feel this has not been done we will have no alternative but to deduct any extra cleaning required from the refundable Key/Damages deposit.

At the end of each rental period a £100.00 fee is required for deep cleaning. This fee is payable with your balance payment.

The properties shall not be sub let, nor shall the occupancy exceed the number of persons stated on the booking application.

No equipment, apparatus, metre or appliance in the properties may be improperly used, tampered with or damaged. All damage or ‘injury resulting from such damage shall be the responsibility of and shall be charged to the hirer.

Only acceptance of a deposit can be regarded as a booking. In the event of a booking not being made available we will return any deposits paid, within 14 days, subject to postal services.

Should an intending hirer find it necessary to cancel a booking, they should notify us immediately in writing and any cancellation will be subject to the following terms:-

More than 42 days - Loss of deposit

29 - 42 days notice - 50% of total rental

15 - 28 days notice - 75% of total rent

less than 14 days notice - 100% of total rental

Exclusion

The properties owners and their representatives shall not be held responsible for any accident or injury to the hirer or any members of the Hire party due to the cause what so ever, nor for loss and damage to personal goods or property during the period of hire.
