This luxury villa sleeps 8 - 9 people. It is located on the canal network of ampuriabrava and has its own boat mooring. The villa has recently been refurbished and altered to make it ideal for all holiday needs. It is furnished to a very high standard and has all the extras needed to make your holiday special.

The villa consists upstairs of one luxury double bedroom with en suite bathroom with corner bath and patio doors opening on to its own veranda, one double bedroom with en suite shower room and one twin room with en suite shower room.

There is also one bedroom with double couch bed and single bed. Adjoining the bedroom is a toilet with wash basin. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher and microwave, dining room, lounge with comfortable couches and satellite TV, a wood burner which is ideal for winter lets. At the back of the villa, a laundry room is located with washing machine.

Outside, the villa has its own swimming pool, 4 sun lounges, barbecue, table that seats 12 people and coffee table with easy chairs and couches.
